They seemed to overcharge for the part. The actual part is available for about 30% of what they cite on the receipt. I wish we could have provide them with the part to see how much they would have charged for installation only.

A/C went out. They were quick and courteous. Showed up the next morning. The rep noticed that my 13 yr old unit was 3 lbs low. Put 3 lbs of coolant. Charge for coolant and call was $579. A/C went out again and called a different company. Checked my compressor and showed me that it was unservicable. The new company replaced the unit and now it works great. Wish Baker was more thorough in their troubleshooting.

David came out right on our appointed time. Not only did repairs that were needed on my AC ,but cleaned my coils and gave me some information I asked about on my furnace. For all the work he did the price was reasonable. He is a very experienced tech.

Dave and Alex were here right on time, they had my heat pump working in 30 minutes, took the time to check everything and explain why the heat pump quit working. They also cleaned the coils of some built-up debris. Excellent service!

Dave came out, ahead of schedule, changed out the igniter and noticed that the flame once turned back on was traveling up the igniter. So he made the proper adjustment so the igniter wouldn't burn back out again and we're back in business.

Our testing confirmed the Homeowner was smelling gas coming from a 30 year old furnace & the furnace is unsafe to operate. We were paid $79 for a complete diagnostic & safety check. We explained the fee will be refunded when the new furnace is installed. We offered financing for a new furnace. Owner did not qualify for financing. Owner has not contacted us since the service was performed. Great service from service technician (Dave) and same goes for install techician. Installed 96% Bryant furnace and AC. 5 stars as well on value. Had other estimates and these guys we're by far the best value. The owner even called to make sure everything was perfect.

Oil Boiler or Radiator Heating System - Repair
Called me back in a timely manner and really impressed me with his knowledge of my boiler system. We set up a time and date, Dave showed up on time, smile on his face and went to work on my boiler. We were told thru another company that our 21 year old boiler was too old and the pump was no longer made. They suggested we purchase a brand new oil boiler thru them for an estimated minimum charge of $6600. I was shocked but wanted a second opinion, and boy did we ever get a second opinion. We didn't need a fuel pump nor a new system. Just a good cleaning! Baker Heating is the best and saved us a lot of money!!!

I came home from work to a cold house. I have enough mechanical skill I knew the blower fan was dead. Baker H&C came out on time to look over the furnace and said I could get by with a new fan for a year or two or buy a new furnace. No pressure sales talk. I decided on a new furnace. Came out on time again for the installation and the furnace and thermostat are prefect.

So far,although it has only been two weeks,my furnace is running very dependably and I have high hopes that it will continue for the rest of the winter.They have a 30-day warrenty on all parts and a one -year warranty on Labor.

The service tech was familiar with the product (home boiler system) and talked with me about everything he was doing. He did exactly what I hoped he would do. He cleaned the whole furnace and had a scope that showed the condition of internal components.
