Keith responded to my request on Home Adviser the same day. He even came to the house that afternoon to give me an estimate. He came back the next morning to do the job. His work was exceptional. He mowed our entire 1 acre lot, trimmed our palm trees, and boxed our hedges. The lawn looked amazing when he was done! I will diffinetly call him again and would highly recommend his services.

I rated the quality of work at a 3, when he came, the work where the areas were he cut was done well. However, the service frequency was erratic and inconsistent. On a couple of occasions, only half of the service was completed. Several excuses were offered for not completing the work, for example, Christmas lights in the way. The Christmas lights were on the bushes and a small tree but I guess that the extension cord that ran 4 feet to the tree was too much to deal with. This would have been fine if he would have just communicated we likely would have come to a reasonable solution. I requested to know when he was coming to ensure that the yard would be clean so he could complete the service as expected. I was told that he does not run his business that way, he does not always know where or when he is going to service. I am seriously disappointed with how poorly I have been treated by this contractor. Customer service is not Baker Lawn Service's specialty.

"I always had an open communication through email and responded immediately to any questions Mr. W. [Consumer name withheld at their request] had, and was very polite. While there are lights, we cannot trim the hedges as it will cause damage. We are glad to remove Christmas Lights, but we have to do it at the request of the homeowner. We asked the homeowner to pick up the dog mess in the backyard, as their were many piles in the backyard. I informed the homeowner that we cannot mow areas that have dog mess. We returned on the scheduled days of Monday, but couldn't service the backyard due to dog mess. I always had an open communication through email and responded immediately to any questions Mr. W.[Consumer name withheld at their request] had, and was very polite. Mr. W. [Consumer name withheld at their request] even commented in an email how professional quick responding I was, so this is all very surprising to see this."
