Baker Plumbing completed a great job fixing our hot water heater. We contacted Terry at about 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. He left as soon as we called him so that he could come to assess which parts would be needed before the stores closed. When he arrived at our house, he discovered that he did not have the part needed, so he left to buy the part and returned to complete the job (even though it was well past 'quitting time' on a Friday evening!). He fixed the issue in a timely manner (had hot water again by 7pm that evening), was very professional, and completed great work. I would definitely recommend Terry Baker to friends or family.

We had almost decided to go with a different plumber and then Mr. Baker explained the way he did business and offered to give a rough estimate. His estimate and the final price was approximately $800 less than the estimate given by the other plumber. We greatly appreciated his professional demeanor and his prompt response to our need for hot water. We would highly recommend him to family and friends. Thank you for this internet service.
