Hired them to fix a builder's mistake that would rather fight with me than fix it. They were very thorough with the inspection of the area that was leaking and damaging the sofit (which was painted plywood, not vented vinyl). The repair work was done on time and they did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed. My only complaint was the lack of communication. I often called to inquire the status of the schedule. In addition, pictures were taken of the damaged area and the condition of the roof and I asked numerous times for these pictures to share with the builder but never received them.

I based my ratings on Their quick response and being customer friendly. I will have to wait for a good rain before I will know if Their service and worksmanship are effective. Josh did promise that if their work doesn't fix the problem, he will make it right ! I will use them again if Their word is kept !!
