Review by Bill Boos, Nokomis, Fl. Excellent response for quotation and then installation of a Trane XL18 system. The Baker technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I'm extremely pleased with all aspects of this project from quote to installation and subsequent followup. I am also very pleased with the Trane Product. Finally I must add that prior to installing the new system we had an imbalance in cooling our 2800 sq ft home. We had compensated for this by regulating the registers. With recommendations from Baker technician, this imbalance, was rectified by slight modification to our duct work thereby avoiding a much more costly zone installation. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them for your A/C needs.

They did a great job and a good service afterwards by coming by to check on things and a year later did a free check up, also very time efficient.
