On time, professional, honest, did great job.

A departing tenant had the carpets cleaned, but left 2 stained spots that could not clean. Mike Steigler of Baker's floor care patched in pieces that will be invisible after a few weeks of traffic. Great job!

Used this pro to clean & stretch my carpet. This was my first time experience but very pleased with their services. Very prompt i.e. showed up on time, did the job confidently, courteous, friendly but professional. My carpets are clean again and no humps and bumps to trip over. Will use them again when needed.

All went well--they worked around tight schedule and we had honor arrangement--they let themselves in and left invoice and we paid--charges were well within guesstimate. Only issue was splattering left on floor and coffee table.

the carpet was not cleaned to our satisfaction. There was no cleaning against the base boards and the carpet. Tthere was not even an attempt to use anything to clean these areas and the carpet close to the baseboards was not even damp. We ended up doing the work ourselves and by simply using a sponge and a little muscle and scrubbing, the carpets around the base boards the carpet in those areas were much cleaner. Further more the carpet in some areas were not even damp in many areas of the floor . As a matter of fact the rooms that we had cleaned, 3 bedrooms and hallway were much to expensive when other cleaners were giving discounts.

My experience with Baker's Chem-Dry was not a good one. When I call for a appointment, I was quoted a price of 27 cents a square foot. The guy gave me a quote of 35 cents a square foot after he took the measurement. Then I have to show him the 35% discount that is currrant on their website. Finally he gave me the 27 cents/sq.ft. and 35%.

Although the owner was nice enough when we spoke about his services (and has now offered to come out to see the stains that did not come out,) I was unhappy with how the young man who came to my house refused to give me the 15% discount offered online; he said, "you are not a new customer" and of course, I was. I have spoken to the owner since re. further comments from the cleaner that was upsetting. I trust that everything will be fine because Bob Baker seems, at least on the telephone, very professional and caring about his service and customers. I hope to give more stars after Bob's visit.

Arrived on time. Good customer service. Carpeting was not heavily solied but had a couple of small spots. Technician did once over lightly, but I had to point out spots to him afterward and have him go back and treat.

Baker's Chem-Dry was very fast and efficient. I called on Wednesday. They came the next day and gave me an estimate. The very next day they completed the work in the stated time. What a difference. My Marble tile floors look better than ever. I would highly recommend their service to all my family and friends.
