Thomas, owner of the company did more work than expected and represented me to the seller of the faulty toilets I bought (Home Depot). Because of his intervention, I will be receiving a refund which probably would not have happened had he not stepped in. Because he has been so fair and gone over and above expectations, I will hire him for my ongoing project as well as future ones.
