Our project included significant wall repair, extending/customizing a laundry room, remodeling a kitchen, adding a partial wall, installing new interior/exterior doors, and complete painting. There were several other items including electrical and plumbing jobs that were also part of our project. We cannot say enough positive things about Baladez Construction! We were pleased at every step of the process. Daniel was very easy to communicate with throughout the project. He listened and made good suggestions at each step. Even when we ran into difficulties, he and his team came up with excellent solutions. Daniel's core team of painters and construction workers are experienced and careful, even perfectionistic in their work. They do not take short cuts or rush through the job. The results were outstanding! In addition, the cabinet, electrical, and plumbing sub-contractors were also well qualified. We were especially impressed by the work of the talented cabinet makers. We added new cabinet door/drawer fronts, reconfigured some cabinets, and designed and built some new cabinets. In each case, the work was done with great precision and quality. The new interior doors also turned out very well. We were so pleased with the work done on this house that we hired Baladez to update and paint a house that we are selling. Once again, we were not disappointed...BCI did an excellent job with the second house as well. We will hire BCI any time we need home repair or remodeling done in the future. From the first talk with Daniel I knew my expectations would not only met but exceeded. This is my first house and my first update I made so I was very nervous about having someone come into my home and make changes. I immediately felt comfortable with Daniel and knew he would take care of my home. His team worked provided quality work and communication throughout the process was a breeze. I have had several members of my family come over and all have mentioned how it looks like it was always a part of the house. I have more plans for my house in the future and will definitely use Daniel for those.

So thankful for Baladez Construction. They did a complete overhaul of our master bathroom. We were very pleased with their professionalism and courteous employees. The shower was enlarged and floors leveled from having a sunken jacuzzi tub. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. We couldn t be more pleased. We already have another project on the wish list for them. Highly recommended!!

Baladez Construction was very fair in their pricing and even helped me brainstorm ways to cut costs and stick to a budget. They were professional and the work was well done. When a problem or small mishap came up, they worked hard to remedy the situation to my satisfaction. They gutted and renovated 3 bathrooms and took out a closet and turned the area into a mudroom. I was able to show them pictures of what I wanted and they made the dream happen! I'd definitely hire them again.

We hired Baladez Construction to renovate our stairs by removing the carpet and replacing the spindles with iron, and we are very pleased with the customized results of this renovation. We look forward to hiring them again for all of our home renovation projects! The project started on time and ended on time with high quality work!

I hired Daniel and his crew to repair a broken pipe on my shower pan which leaked to the ceiling below. They took out all of the shower tile and floor and replaced the pan, retiled my bathroom shower and floor, repaired the entire ceiling below and painted it, then painted my bathroom walls. They were on time everyday and a pleasure to work with!

Contractor is knowledgeable, competent and easy to work with. Sincere communication. Always keeping in contact with me about the process of the project. Detailed in explaining excellent suggestions to my remodeling designs for my 2.5 bathrooms. Provide 3-D virtual visuals to various designs that helped a lot with my decisions. Time frame schedule for demolition and remodeling progress is outline on a calendar. Expertise craftsmanship. Professional workers. Quality materials were chosen and used. Helped me receive additional financial assistance from my home insurance. Besides the bathrooms, was able to have extra work done in my house with reasonable extra pay. Remodeling project bid was very reasonable and affordable. Will definitely consider working with this contractor again for further renovations in my home.
