Contractor did what I asked. The work (brickwork around a new mailbox) looks good. Scheduling was responsive to when I was available.

My wife and I hired Ravi and his team to put together our backyard. We purchased a home that had just a dirt patch for the yard and they created exactly what we were wanting. They made a paver path to the gate along with an extension of the patio. They then laid out our turf backyard with a paver finish around the perimeter and placed rocks around the edges. We are extremely pleased with the work and the end result. 5 star service!

We met Ravi through our neighbor- he gave Ilya great solutions for our sloped driveway and then the next project when we realized we would need help redirecting water from our house. He is a great communicator and very easy to work with. He enjoys coming up to Flag- (we live in Mountainare) and has competitive pricing. Highly recommend him and his team!

This company arrived late within weeks. They completed the job within a week and made my backyard look beautiful. Pulled a few hairs and teeth coming to an agreement about the price. A few spots were not done to best of there ability. Part of the turf is growing loads of weeds. They did not cut a root from my nearby tree so some of my pavers rose up and broke approximately 4months later. The company no longer answers my messages/texts even when there?s a supposed 1 year warranty and the warranty is still not up as I write this 8 months later. They also took the reaming pavers and turf they bough for my home ?for the warranty? but have not returned a text?. To summarize, this is a one and done big job company.

Ravi was amazing, accommodating, professional on time and presented clean work when finished. His crew were fast and efficient. Overall a good experience would recommend and re-hire for future projects around my property.

They did a good job

My project involved removing a section of my driveway and old culvert and install a much larger culvert and restoring the driveway with pavement with pavers. From beginning to end, Balanced employees were great to work with and result looks great. I appreciated the coordination with City inspectors and the design engineer. It helped to resolve questions in the field and keep the job moving forward. We had a very positive experience and Ravi was super easy to work with.
