Jamie the technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job unplugging the drainage pipe. I would recommend your company and will sign up for ongoing maintenance.

Our Air Conditioner with the Heat Pump stopped working. I call Balanced Air and they had a Service person there within hours. Eddie the Service tech, found the issue and arranged to have it fixed ,same day!! We did not want to be without heat in that Cold Snap. I recommend this company, Balanced Air is comparable with pricing, and they make sure their customers are taken care of. And, they called after service to make sure everything was good and we are satisfied. Thank you Balanced Air!

Ben spent quite a bit of time with us working through the options and explaining our best options. His team was excellent and we are very happy with our new system. Service has always been top notch and we look forward to a continued relationship with Balanced for as long as we live here.

Amazing company. Excellent communication and down home service. They installed a couple of Reme Halos for my 2 units and wow what a difference. I highly recommend them for install and service!

Ben and the repair man Eddie are wicked awesome! Very nice to talk to. They both helped and explains everything in detail. Eddie actually texted it all on his phone so my deaf mother could read it. But company to have around!

Not the lowest or highest price;but,I feel a fair price.Ben gave me the total price for the repair(A/C compressor)and that was the final price.Good company to deal with.Because most people know nothing about HVAC,it is easy for companies in that business to take advantage of customers. Again,I am very satisfied with Balanced Air Inc.
