Allen with Balcony Doors & Windows was the first, and so far only to reply to my Home Advisor inquiry. He was knowledgeable about my problem. He told me his team would be at my home within an hour and a half for a quote. The team showed up as promised, called with the details and he gave me an acceptable quotation and said that the team had the necessary material on board. I gave them the go-ahead. Within less than and hour and a half, my sliding glass door, had a new track, new rollers and new latch and handle. It is now working like new!. Thanks Allen and team. Great job.

Very polite and caring. They were prompt and organized. Most importantly they were able to solve my problem by replacing old rollers on very heavy mirrored sliding doors. I was very happy I did not have to replace my doors. I would recommend this company to everyone.
