I requested a new PVC pipe drip system install replacing the old worn out tube system. The company was punctual, answered all my questions and more importantly followed my instructions. They gave the customer what they wanted...what a concept. They installed the drip system, trimmed my huge weeping tree, and planted a new palm in the backyard. When the timer wasn't programmed properly (something I should have checked) the new palm died. They replaced it. Bam! 5 stars.

Tree Trimming
Great! The Balderas Brothers did a complete landscape renewal for us including installing a new irrigation system. They listened to what we wanted and gave advise as to what would work best. We were impressed with their knowledge of plants and their work ethics. Hard Hard workers! We have hired them to do all our ongoing maintenance. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend them .

They need to commit to their appointments. On the first job, the time scheduled was not the one they promised. I had to wait two days and they finally came but very late. When they did complete the work, it was done to my satisfaction, which made me hire them for tree trimming. Unfortunately, once again, he was not committed to the time he said he was going to be here. Very disappointing.

Sincerely... if I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. Iâ m a disabled vet with severe nerve damage on half my body. I have been struggling to maintain my yard to HOA standards for some time now. Johnny came in set the situation straight with extremely friendly service and understanding at a very reasonable price. Iâ m extremely grateful to him.

Hired Juan aka "Johnny" based on these reviews for bi-weekly maintenance. Huge mistake. My citrus trees are completely out of control...grass is dying/dead in some areas, in short...worst condition my yard has been in since I moved in 5 years ago. Since hiring him...he has only shown up once on the scheduled day. Since then I have heard about balding truck tires to cause a week delay in getting out here, then it was a dead truck battery, then over the 4th weekend there was he was going out of town and would be here Monday of this week. It's Thursday and not even so much as a phone call. Might be because I asked him to actually cut the trees, fertilize the grass as promised etc. I even offered him more money to do a better job. I don't know why everyone else on here is having such a completely different experience...but it is absolutely day and night. Unreliable, unprofessional and certainly no expert at maintaining landscaping from what my yard looks like from this guy. I do not recommend.

I can assure you that this doesn't happen often, and I felt horrible as you were not the only customer I had to push back when this happened. As far as the yard maintenance goes: Like I do during my initial service with every customer, I inspected your yard and made recommendations I thought would help your yard looks its best. Your sprinkler timer was not working, so I strongly encouraged you to replace it to prevent areas from drying out."

Johnny did a good job at a great price. I would have given 5 stars all around but the work was delayed multiple times due to various reasons. He did come back and remove another limb on my request to complete the job. The tree looks nice.

As you know, I showed up on the originally agreed upon date and time, however, there was a bee hive in the tree that needed trimming and I had to postpone until it was removed. I apologize for the inconvenience this and any other delays caused and hope you look to us for work again in the future for the same value as your first job."

Johnny is a great guy! Very customer oriented, however, he arrived 2 hours late. His finish and clean up work after is weak. I had to clean off the street and my sidewalk from left over rocks and dirt. The new drip line he put in is now leaking which I am having fixed by my irrigation guy.

I was unaware of the irrigation issue, as I ran the system and it was working properly before I left. I didn't hear back from you after the work was completed. We pride ourselves in detailed work and it sounds like the clean-up after the rock work was done was not up to our usual standards. I would be happy to come out and provide a yard clean up free of charge to compensate for the first job."
