Excellent excellent service!! Abel was extremely responsive and gave great detail on pricing and the services available over the phone. I needed a dumpster rental after moving and Abel delivered it to my home within 24 hours and pick up was as easy as the drop off! Additionally, he went through the items we were disposing of and recycled all cardboard and donated all clothing/household items. I could not recommend Balderas Demolition enough!!

Very professional in all aspects - initial contact, scheduling, actual removal of all the items, and completing the effort leaving our property clean. As a first responder I appreciate how safety conscious they were so there was no risk of having some of my colleagues on duty responding. In addition they were very focused on identifying those items that would help our Goodwill and other charitable organizations, and delivering items to them, rather than just everything goes to the landfill. My last very positive comment is they made the effort fun, which I didn’t expect.

Excellent and on time

Abel Balderas saved me when I needed to obtain a small dumpster to clear out shrubs and other junk that had accumulated around my house. The clearance had to be done in order to allow a fumigation tent to be erected to address a termite problem. His company was the only company that offered me a solution when no small dumpsters were available. Balderas brought a larger one and charged me for a limited amount of weight rather than for the entire dumpster. No one else that I spoke to, at least six other companies, offered any solutions.
