Mr Ball was able to fix the refrigerator the same day (within a few hours) and even had the part that was needed. He was very nice and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants good service for a great price.

Ball was prompt, very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. We had a leak in the bottom of our washing machine which we had given very heavy use to for almost 10 years. He came back a second time (free due to his guarantee of his work) when at first we slowed the leak but it again leaked lightly, and upon his recommendation, we have sold our older machine and bought one of the brands which he recommended. Thank you Ball Appliance!
