Ball Brothers Painting

I've recently had the pleasure of working with Ball Brothers Painting to repaint the entire interior of my home. I don't know if there could be a better company to work with! They're definitely the best painting contractor I've worked with, and I've worked with quite a few. The ENTIRE team was fantastic - Melissa in administration, John the owner, Josh the foreman, and the guys who did the actual painting were all top notch. I was also impressed with their color consultant - Lori. They communicated well with me and each other, which was so very much appreciated. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they were all so polite, courteous, and accommodating. One might pay a little bit more for them, but IMO every penny will be well spent!

They were very helpful with the details of the project. Had a color specialist I could work withâ ¦loved that! Whenever I popped in(which was a lot) the workers were friendly and happy to answer questions. Answered all calls and texts in a timely manner and worked straight through until the project was completed. Everything looks spectacular!

Owner states job carries a three-year warranty. Attempts to contact this company following completion of work (& payment in full) have been unsuccessful. Now, in order to bring the job up to my standards, I am stuck hiring and paying another contractor. Do not hire Ball Brothers Painting from Wimberley, Texas, unless you want to deal with headaches.

Very happy! Their crew was very efficient. They did an amazing job caulking and filling in a ton of nail holes on my house, then they masked off and painted by hand around our pipe chimney. The house looks great and the price was under what I was expecting to pay. Would definitely recommend them.

I am incredibly happy to post an outstanding review on Ball Brother’s Painting…my experience from A to Z was fantastic! I highly recommend and will use them for all my painting going forward. I always do my homework down to every detail, I do research on who I want to hire for work on my house. From the Better-Business-Bureau (Accredited business since 2014, A+ Rating, -0- complaints) to all online reviews, this company came out with flying colors. Out of 3 bids for a whole house paint project, John the owner along with a few others on his staff came over and got our commitment. We made the right decision 100%! My husband and I stated our expectations of wanting high quality paint and minor repairs for our house siding, backyard shed, power washing our metal roof and driveway. I received a written proposal-contract that detailed the entire scope of work to be done and the cost. Very reasonable cost with clear communication on when they could start and who was going to be on my property. A big differentiator is John offers a designer to help you choose your colors, what a great bonus! Lori came out to our house and helped us decide the direction of color, design and style we were going for. There’s a bazillion colors to choose from and this special added touch made the whole process super easy. I’ve never heard of any other painting company offering this benefit. The house colors are gorgeous! The head lead for our job was James, he was awesome! James was here all the time, complete hands on for our house. We knew at all times we could reach either John or James immediately with any questions and get a quick response. They stand behind their work and they want you to be 100% happy. There is so much competition out there for house painters, we picked the very best!

They visited the crew every day, great communication. The job they did was great, I had the whole exterior of my house painted and stained. I have over a thousand square foot deck that looks like new now. Great job.

Old-fashion first hand knowledge is evident with this company. Many years of experience shows. Painted interior of our new home, and will be completing the project by painting the exterior. Did not hesitate to help with cleanup when I spilled paint in the garage! Coming from another town!! Now, how many companies do something like that!? Did a walk-thru after interior was completed, and brought a thank you gift of cookies in a paint can. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hire this company, you will not regret it.

The entire team at Ball Brothers were the most professional contractors we’ve ever hired. They painted the entire exterior and interior of our house with extreme attention to detail. I’d highly recommend them for any paint job.

Josh was the foreman I worked with, and he gave me constant updates on the project. They showed up on-time, and moved everything along at an incredible pace. Ball Brothers painted my 2-story house, 2-story garage, and 2 small outbuildings. The entire job was done well, more quickly than I expected, and with meticulous attention to detail. From the initial estimate meeting to the final inspection they were all friendly and easy to talk with but also professional and responsive. I highly recommend Ball Brotheres!

My wife and I found the Ball Brothers to be professional at every step. The set-up and preparation for the job was excellent. We had challenged them with a couple of special requests and John made sure the crew handled these exactly as we wanted. They did an exceptional job and finished ahead of schedule.
