If I use them again, I will ask for an itemized estimate before I agree to use them. I had lots of small projects and they went from one thing to another, but eventually finished all except cabinet doors that are being custom built and will be installed soon. Two items need adjustments and will be done when cabinet doors are complete. Very polite crew.

These guys know how to do the job. I hired them to replace sliding closet doors with regular double doors and the finished product is fantastic! I am so glad I called Mr. Ball to have this done. They also added some electrical plugs in my garage so I can play with my woodworking projects . That , also, was perfectly completed. Installed a stove but the oven doesn't work

They installed pull bars in my parents bathrooms. One got loose, and they readily came back and resolved the problem.

Excellent experience! The estimate was better than expected. The work was to install insulation in a crawlspace, remove and repair the moisture damaged floor above it and install laminate flooring. Mr. Ball and crew arrived on time every day, cleaned up every day, started on time and finished ahead of schedule. What more can I say? I'm more than pleased and I highly recommend this company.

I would recommend this company highly. They were prompt in communication after contact and prompt in arrangement for service Work was done in a satisfactory amount of time for replacement of damage of material in attic of home.

This was a great experience! I put in a request for a handyman around midnight and by 8:30am had received my second phone call from the contractor. He was on the other side of town and still was able to call me to say he could arrive earlier than planned! I had a clogged sink and two dimmer switches I needed installed. This required him getting on the roof to unclog the kitchen sink and taking my chandelier down to find and fix a poorly installed light fixture. Finally the price for these services were so reasonable that I'm currently making a list of future projects big and small that will be possible now that I've been introduced to this great handyman!
