Price for the work far exceeded the estimate due to 'bogus' fees being included and you will not be able to contact them after the work is completed if you have any questions. They will not answer you calls because they behave like criminals. I deeply regret hiring them to do work.

Pleasant and informative to talk with about checking, servicing and maintaining heating and air conditioning now and in the future. They will become my HVAC company.

I scheduled an appointment and called several days before to confirm. I was then asked to text my information since he didn't have his appointment book with him?. On the day of the appointment I call 30 minutes before scheduled arrival and am told that it would need to be rescheduled due to another job. What? I take off from work and am not even called to be informed of the need to reschedule. While an apology was made with an attempt to reschedule I politely declined. Seems disorganized and unreliable which is upsetting given all the glowing reviews.

John is very knowledgeable, practical and honest. I was told by another contractor I needed to replace my central a/c compressor and Ballas checked it out, fixed a small part and saved me thousands of dollars. I will use Ballas when I DO need to replace the unit.

At my age as a first time home owner, a boiler install is potentially a once in a lifetime experience. With that being said a project with long lasting effects must be given the gravity it deserves. I allowed this company to perform the tasks at hand and I have zero regrets. You may be able to find your way towards a situation where some money is saved for the same work however unless your skill is finding a needle in a haystack, then go with Ballas and focus on the other things in your life. The work will speak for itself.
