Rebecca did appraisal on my home in Lincoln and came in $ 30-$40,000 under average of same models that had sold in our neighborhood. We had new flooring, upgraded kitchens counters, sink, and lighting. We had 2 nd appraisal done at same time and it came in $33,500 higher. She also did not get report back on time. Do not recommend this company!
