Baltic Roofing did a great job in replacing our roof. I really appreciated the assistance in dealing with insurance company. With their help we received more than original quote from insurance company. Their work was done quickly and clean I would use their services again and highly recommend them.

Do your research and get other estimates first, especially with skylights. Having used Baltic for a couple of minor jobs in the past. I trusted them to be fair and competitive with their pricing. Big mistake on my part. I had 2 leaking skylights in April '22. So I called Baltic and they were out the next day to give us an estimate of $6800 to replace them. Not knowing the model number, actual cost of the skylights, how big of a job, how many people would be needed and risking further damage inside our house. We signed a work order. 2 days later they were installed. 1 man was able to do the job in less than 6.5 hours. He left without leaving any paperwork. Afterwards we asked for the warranty info and final paperwork. We then learned these skylights could be purchased anywhere between $343-$504 delivered online. So even with a markup and additionl materials used. They charged us over $800 per hour for 1 man labor. We emailed them back and forth with our concerns of being overcharged. It got us nowhere. We then got other estimates for the job. They ranged from $3400-$4650. Quite a difference from Baltic at $6800. We then brought that to their attention. Again that got us nowhere. Professional, timely, excellent work and outstanding job on cleaning job site? Great company!

From the moment we called Baltic for a quote, right down to the final inspection and follow-up, Baltic Roofing was professional, courteous, and down right amazing. Not to mention the extremely high quality roof they put on our home, I just can't say enough. Once we learned of the many different financing options available to us, we moved forward immediately. Baltic was fast, yet detailed. Tyler, our estimator, took his time ensuring his quote was as accurate as possible. We paid not a dime more. Darius and his production team were true quality control specialists, ensuring every step of the installation process was done according to Owen Corning's spec. Every step of the project was communicated properly, and handled delicately, ensuring our landscaping and yard furniture survived such a massive project. Within five days, they were 98% complete with only touch up work to finish once the weather shored up. Not only does the roof look amazing, but the temperature in our home has dramatically improved. We had almost the entire roof replaced, e.g. shingles, gutters, sky lights, fascia, etc. and I couldn't think of hiring a better contractor to protect our family and improve our investment. I highly recommend Baltic for any, and all of your roofing needs. You will NOT be disappointed.

I highly recommend Baltic roofing. They are professional at all times and surpassed my expectations. The entire job on my 3000 plus square foot roof was done in a day . Darius was very friendly and professional.  Answered all questions.  Work done in timely manner and well done.  Really happy with his work.  I strongly recommend Baltic.  One minor issue indirectly related:  Went with the financing offer Darius provided through EnerBank USA.  Not so sure I would use them again, but definitely would use Baltic. <br />

He came out promptly for the estimate and we scheduled the date immediately. They showed up as promised and hey did beautiful and professional work. Upon completion, the price never grew and they did amazing with the cleanup. Very professional and honest. We are beyond pleased. <br />

Darius and his team were efficient and courteous. The job was originally quoted as a two day job, but they completed it in one long day. Clean up was thorough. Not the cheapest, but competitive.
