We rescheduled with them as they did not turn up the first time. However, they were polite, thorough and did a marvelous job with our kitchen tiles and grout. Highly recommend them.

I hired Ken to grout and clean my parents bathroom and I was so pleased with his work. My mom actually thought that I had the bathroom retiled. Ken was very professional and did great work and the price was very good. My mom just called Ken to do her other bathroom.

The tile on our shower floor was missing grout and several tiles were loose. Ken came and took a look at the job at the time he was supposed to, gave me a fair price to do the job right and said the floor needed to be dried out and he would be back Monday to do the job. On Monday morning Ken called me and said his wife had an issue and he would have to reschedule for Wednesday. He did call and just not show up. He came Wednesday as promised, his workmanship and cleanliness were excellent. Would highly recommend.

I am selling my home, and the tile floors needed a good touch-up. Ba Bam came in short notice and cleaned my grout so it looked brand new! What a difference it made to the kitchen and baths.

Ken cleaned, repaired and sealed the grout in our master bathroom shower. He did a fantastic job and was very reasonably priced. I will definitely call him in the future as the need arises. I would absolutely recommend this service!
