They had prompt response to request and short turn around to begin work. Be ready for flat fee for detection at what appears to be industry standard of $350 regardless. They may can work with you on price of repair though which helps a little. If you have the time and know how you may can do repair yourself after detection. I didn t have the time plus it would have taken longer.
