Excellent service

Robbie is very knowledgeable. He was the 4th tech I hired to fix my GE washer. My clothes were coming out stained and had to be thrown out. Robbie took out the agitator and there was dried up oil causing the staining. We cleaned it but its the bearings which is a very involved job and costly. GE did not do anything when he was here, he just got online and told me to get washer magic. I did but it did not work, I called GE back and they would not work with me and it was purchased 3 years ago at the home maintenance store. I do need to purchase a new washer but it will not be a GE. Thank you Robbie. I wish I would have found you 1st on Angies List.

Robbie was very professional! He arrived on time and got right to work! It turned out that my washing machine needed another part to complete the job and Robbie was nice enough to let me know exactly what was going on and kept me up to date on imthe need part delivery date. He came right back out to finish the job right after the part was delivered! I AM VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM BAMAPRO!
