Bambi's Cleaning

I hired Bambi for maid services in my home, and I couldnt be happier with the results. She cleaned my kitchen and bathroom as well as our families laundry. The place was spotless, she has a keen eye for detail. She arrived on time, communicated well, and worked efficiently. Its not often you find someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely takes pride in their work. I would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable high-quality maid services. One thing I really appreciated was that she disnt rush through the job just to finish quickly. Quality cleaning takes time, and I believe it's important to allow a cleaner the time they need to do the work properly, rather than expecting them to rush. Thank you Bambi for making my life easier.

Efficient and did a great job and great communication

Coming home after a long day to a house cleaned by Bambi is the best treat. She always shows up right on time, tackles our dog hair covered home and tricky hard to clean 100+ year old wood floor, and leaves everything sparkling. Communication for booking is great. We have had Bambi cleaning our house every two weeks for years and we love her!

This so-called "pro" had been hired by me to launder, dry, and fold my soiled laundry at her "place" for her convenience (not mine) which I agreed upon. Between the time I hired her to the time when she returned my laundry I was flexible and accommodating for her convenience and schedule which she had altered two or three times. Once I paid her I asked her if I may call upon her service again when she replied that I had been altering and changing scheduled times!! Subsequently as I began putting away my laundry I immediately realized that @97% or more was NOT even folded but evidently just emptied into my laundry bags without ANY type of folding!!! This disservice and disrespect/unprofessionalism, lack of integrity and work ethic was NOT agreed upon when I had hired her yet expected a favorable review here on ANGI. Otherwise I would have hired her again...
