Great work. I felt quality of work and price was fair. Tried to schedule for additional paint work, and pricing was doubled . I challenged the change in price, never heard back from B&B Construction.

I would not recommend using this company if you do not have someone on site to oversee their work and micromanage daily. We hired B&B (Randy) for a number of projects on a rental property. The small items were met with satisfaction but the biggest projects were left with disappointment, frustration and sunk costs totaling over $1000. Randy begrudgingly fixed things out of his pocket, but left much to be desired and me having to hire other professionals.

"This customer was told that floors could not be sanded but would try to change color with a darker stain and polyurathaine mix at her insistance. Stain would not take as the original flooring was not real wood. I did, at my own expense rent a sander and redid the floors to its original color. I am disappointed in this lady's complaints as she was given a fair price for the labor involved."

Closet - Build
Hired August 26 for 2 closets and wall cabinets. Still no closets and no cabinets. Gave a down payment. He said 2 weeks . I have called twice, he said he was still working on cabinets. Its been 27 days. When he finally arrived, the wall cabinets are very nice. Worked hard and long to finish. Said he had been sick.

Very nice , kind and considerate couple. They did a great job painting the walls and refinishing a built in desk. Prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

WOW is all i can say, Randy installed granite counter tops, back splash, kitchen sink with faucet, panted my kitchen and bathroom, installed ceiling fan and light fixtures, replaced shower door with updated shower rod, as well as installed tile flooring in master bathroom. Randy was such a blessing to me. The quality of work done was superb and the price was right. My friends have seen the work done and will be using him to do work for them as well, I also recommended him to do some work at my church which he will start soon. Randy is a reliable, honest, hard worker and kind worker. I wish him much success in all that he does.

PAYTHEMAN. Randy is very reliable, very knowledgeable, prompt, fast, hardworking and has a great attitude. And most of all he's honest and trustworthy. My daughter and I were very comfortable with him in the house with her while I was at the store. He reminds me of the way things used to be when you could trust folks around your kids. A master craftsman that is all business but approachable. Did a custom vanity in my daughters bathroom that no one else could for a great price. Reattached a ceiling beam in my dining room that is really high all by himself and for a great price. This is the only handyman for me. Thanks Randy and thank you HomeAdvisor. PAYTHEMAN.

He was always prompt and on time. He worked hard and finished the project in a timely manner. He actually preformed a couple of jobs that were not a part of the original contract. I also hired him to do some work for my brother.

In addition to a couple of small projects, I had this company construct a couple of custom cabinets plus make new kitchen cabinet and bathroom cabinet drawers plus reface kitchen cabinets. All work was completely in a timely manner with great results. Very professional and friendly to work with!

Interior Painting or Staining: 3 - 4 Rooms
B&B Construction, they were nice people. Not very puctual or neat. Did'nt clean-up well after themselves. Very slow, went beyond projected time line, I had to change the date to have my carpet installed. Over measured and over purchaded goods used for project. Do NOT Recommend!!!

Stone Slab Countertops - Install (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
Company's finished product is nice. Issues I had was not communicating the granite did not arrive and having to push install out. Not showing up at times stated. Not cleaning up well after completion. It is the little things to me that separate good companies from great companies. This would rate good.
