Good experience

B&B Service gave me an extremely fair price, much better than the other contractors. They came down within a day and completed the work. I am very happy with them. I am a self-employed person myself and deal with people all the time. They were extremely great.

We called B&B Door Service to fix a garage door that had come off of its track. When John, the technician got here he asked if our other door worked and I told him that it hadn't worked since we bought the house back in December. He offered to fix that while he was out too. It took him just two hours and he had both our garage door working again and even replace brackets that were rusted. He also took the time to explain how the doors work and suggest routine maintenance that we should have done in the next year. I will for sure be booking them again to maintain our doors!

When all the other companies and contractors were answering machines that call you at their convienience, I was given a direct contact number for Tony at B & B who sent someone the same day for a free estimate. The estimate was an excellent price and I asked them to do the job. They did it the next morning! The job was perfect, the price was great and they were very friendly. They would not accept any payments until I was satisfied with their work. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

They called that morning , came out a few hours later, repaired the opener, called me to let me know what had been and what I might want to consider doing for the future. There was NO pushing or selling of extra services or equipment of any kind. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. I would positively recommend them for service!
