I hired B and D Construction 81 LLC last July to paint my house, garage, and barn. They started the job by sending out two men to pressure wash my cedar clapboard siding. They badly damaged a lot of it by using the wrong nozzles and too much pressure. Brendan Ryan, the company owner, had some of the worst clapboards replaced but did not send out his painting crew to start the painting preparation until the end of September. There were usually no more than two or three men working at a time and the job dragged on until Mid October when most of the prep work was completed and primer had been applied when Brenden told me that the weather was no longer suitable for painting and he wanted to do the job right. He told me that my job would get priority in the spring and they would finish it then. Here it is Mid July and no one has been back to finish it. I have sent many polite emails and texts requesting that he finish the work and I have not received a callback. The only conversation we have had is when I called and he answered the phone not realizing who it was and even then he hung up on me. I do not like writing negative reviews and did not want to do it this time, but I feel it is necessary to speak out about this matter so as to keep someone else from having the same experience. I realize that B and D is upside down on my job but that is of their own making and they should have honored their commitment in our contract and finished the work.

They gave me a quote and performed the work the same day. Very quick, and they did a great job.

Brandon and Clyde were very hard workers. They arrived, on the job, when they said they would. They could have used more lighting. Very neat and clean though

Quality and timely work combined with compassion (we had storm damage and B and D was quick to respond and help us with everything we needed) and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend B and D and have done so already.

B and D Construction painted the cabinetry in my kitchen for me. The professional was on time and did an excellent job.
