He repaired a dishwasher by clearing the hose, saved money. Later checked out a dryer and made honest assessment that would not be worth money to fix.

The technician showed up on time. Actually, he made it to my home at least 10 minutes before the estimated arrival time. I was relieved to be able to get someone to come out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and told me that I needed a new compressor. The quoted repair time and price seemed fair considering the extent of the repair. Ultimately I decided just to purchase a new refrigerator rather put several hundred dollars into my old one. The cost for the service call was very reasonable considering that the tech had to fight Bay Area traffic to get to my house. He was able to give me exactly the information that I needed in order to make a good decision. I am 100% satisfied.

The company called us immediately after we requested a quote. The service was scheduled same day and technician arrived on time. The technician analyzed the problem, explained to us the problem and how he plans to fix it. He provided us a quote along with an option to do it ourselves and just pay the service visit charge (which was very reasonable) or go with the full service. We proceeded with full service option. He worked on the issue and the problem was fixed to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the service. We are very happy to recommend this company to any future customers. Great job!
