Beware of extra charges. They gave discount but found ways to recoup the discount. For example, while the contract says no charge on hauling and disposal of debris/construction related, Feradin still me charged me and as if I own him gratitude because he said he is not charging gas and travel time. They did not protect the duct openings, even I repeated telling them to protect and now may have damage my heating system. No clean up whatsoever. Feradin could not produce receipts on some of the materials he claimed he purchased. Cheating, cheating. Took advantage of my old age. They dragged in completing the job while I suffer from all the dust and dirt. They made my place a mess, left rotten food/drinks and I have to clean up their mess. They mess up my bathroom and had to clean it up. The hole on the wall was not fixed properly, Destroyed some of the baseboards so now I have to fix them. I am old and if I hire a cleaning service, it will cost about $600.00. But most of all, my furnace/AC system may have been destroyed. I do not recommend this contractor at all.
