I had been told that my range was not repairable, so I was trying to replace it. Mr. Johnson said he thought he could find parts, and he did. My oven has been repaired, which is what I wanted in the first place, thus saving me a lot of money.

Bert was professional and kind. Inspired confidence. I really appreciated that he tested the appliance before he left to make sure everything was OK. He needed a part ran out and picked it up and was back on the job in 15 minutes. He worked around my work schedule, it did take a couple of tries before we could connect, but very happy with the service!!!

Bert charged $90 for service call. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable at the time. He said he would have to order the part. It's been three weeks. He will not return our phone calls.
