James Peters is an honest, skilled, hardworking, hands-on contractor. James's bid was very fair and cost effective. He remained within the budget parameters that were set for the project. He did many little extras that enhanced the project quality and increased the value of the work performed. James, with the help of one qualified assistant did all the work on the project, which included, putting siding on the entire house, staining all exterior windows, doing rock work on the chimney and fabricating a new chimney cap and replacing the existing one, adding seamless gutters to the house and replacing a damaged window on the back porch. He framed in an interior wall downstairs, which was in addition to the original project list. Throughout the project the work site was organized, neat and clean. His work quality and attention to detail were impeccable. The fit and finish of all work done was exceptional. I can recommend James and B&P Contactors with utmost confidence! Work just began, but the excavation was performed with minimal damage to the surrounding grass areas and all excavated material was properly disposed of. Forms are in place at this time for concrete placement but it hasn't started as of yet.
