Excellent! Fast, courteous, efficient service! My furnace had stopped working, and he arrived when he said he would, and got my heat restored quickly. Joe has a new customer (me) as a result of his prompt attention to my heating problem on a cold November weekend night! I highly recommend him!

Superb service! Joe came by at 10pm on a weeknight to service my AC when the house was at 80 degrees and my father in law just returned from the hospital. He very quickly diagnosed the issue, had the spare part with him, installed it and went on his way. I would highly recommend him and will most certainly use him in the future. It's also nice to support a local businessman who is mentoring his son to take over his business.

Joe & his partner came immediately right before the hottest weekend so far this summer. Clean, respectful, knowledgeable and honest. They shared everything they were doing. AC unit was dripping a lot of water. Joe trouble shooted and found a simple fix rather than a giant costly fix. Labor was reasonable and he got our AC up and running quickly and for under $200. I am glad I found Joe. I was looking for a repair/replacement of electrical board for my AC zone control and service of my HVAC unit. Joe gave me an honest price charges over the phone for the parts and overall cost of the project. He took time in starting the work but when I told him of my urgency, he worked extra time/off hours to get it done. Would hire him again.

Joe Alvarez, the principal of B & S, did exactly what he said he was going to do. He and his son-in-law were thorough in solving our A/C problem. In fact, before billing us he stopped by a week later to inspect our system and make sure everything was working properly. His invoice was very fair and actually less than his estimate!

Joe Alvarez arrived when he said he would arrive, fixed my gas boiler within half an hour and gave me some good advice on keeping it up to date. He showed me what went wrong, had the part in his truck and I now have heat again on the coldest day we have had all year! I kept his number and plan to use him in the spring to tune up the boiler and check my water heater. I cannot recommend him enough. I had called another company and they kept me waiting for over six hours! Mr. Alvarez contacted me after they did and I was glad I kept his number!

I am a college-educated professional but I still can't find the words to express just how amazing Joe is! I found him via HomeAdvisor.com and he responded to my inquiry less than 12 hours from when I placed it...on a Sunday...on 4th of July Weekend! He was prompt, personable and professional. He arrived 10 minutes early with equally impressive son and fixed my problem before the appointment was even scheduled to start!
