Snow Removal
At first, our contractor was very friendly. He came and looked over our driveway Sunday evening. We had called him Sunday afternoon, so that was very quick and timely, and he was able to come out later the next day. However, the price estimate that he gave us was 100-130, and it ended up being 180. In the end, he actually didn't do the whole driveway, both of our cars were not able to get out of the garage. So when he came back to collect, my husband brought this up, he said that he would come back and finishe the job. He never came, later we saw him at the store.

"We were contacted in July about snow removal for this customer. The bid was based on 2-3 inches of snow. The customer never called back to engage our service until there had been a severe storn that dumped three feet on their property. They called when they returned from out of state. They drive way took 4 people to shovel, blow and plow. We cleared what we were asked to clear and charged appropriately."

Excellent customer service. The job was done in a timely manner, the owner and his crew are extremely hard working, the clean up afterwards was great and everything was done that I asked for. I particularly liked the way the owner explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. This included thatching, aerating, deep raking & re-seeding my lawns.
