I gave a $4600.00 deposit in July/August. Never started the work saying they were backed up from losing help and weather. The contract expired in August, as the work should have been completed. Around Thanksgiving I asked for my deposit back so that I can hire someone else. After hunting him down after hours, Geno Conley wrote me a check and then stopped payment on it. I am hunting them down and going through small claims court to try to get my refund. What a mess. I have heard that I am not the only person to get stuck.
