Arrived before said time (which I like in someone I hire). Did a great job with installing a new hot water heater. I am using Banducci’s plumbing again for a pressure tank install and water softner system.

Excellent Job and service. He was on time and efficient. He finished quickly and everything has worked as I expected. He put in a new water heater and recirculating pump. He answered all questions I had concerning his experience and how long he had lived in the area.

Tony arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable about installing water heaters. We had a water heater timer that had been working prior to the new water heater installation but not hooked up since we were missing some clips to set the time on and off. At first we had hot water but then the water was ice cold so we contacted Tony and he suggested it was the timer that was malfunctioning. He was right since we had a voltage tester and found out there was electricity coming into the timer but not to the water heater. My husband knows a little about electricity so he was able to fix the wires so they bi-passed the timer and went directly to the water heater. Now we have hot water and have since replaced the water heater timer with a new digital one and everything is working fine.

Tony arrived on time. Went right to work and had the item installed with excellent results very quickly. Explained to me how to operate the timer in the water recycling device and it is working fine.

He was on time and very courteous. Completed job in a timely and professional manner. Would hire again if need arises.
