"Please, accept my apologies for the poor communication from our organization. This was clearly unacceptable and well below the expectations of our 44-year-old company. We appreciate that you brought this to our attention and assure you it will be addressed. Regarding the material it has been a tough year for the manufacturers and the trucking companies which has lead to unexpected challenges and a severe shortage of materials. I can assure you there was not a lower quality of foam installed, there are several different types of foam on the market and some are more suited for certain applications such as existing homes. These foams meet the important safety aspects of spray foam without the additional time and labor that some others require. I know we cannot undo what has happened but I do hope you will accept our apology."
