She maintained excellent communication, provided product photos, and even reached out to manufacturers on our behalf to ensure all of our questions were answered. Her dedication and responsiveness made the process smooth and stress-free. Brad and his crew were efficient, hardworking, and committed to making sure we were satisfied every step of the way during the fence installation. What stood out most was Brad's willingness to go above and beyond by helping close off an area near the water's edge, providing additional safety for both our child and our dog. The entire process was seamless and exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and quality workmanship provided by Banks Exteriors Plus. Banks did a fantastic job from start to finish with our fence. We have a large property with mixed fencing needs and they did an amazing job. First they walked the property with us and made suggestions. They provided a quote very quickly and immediately put us on their schedule. They were booked 2 months out, but I'm not surprised due to their client demand. The work was started as scheduled, done in 4 days and the results were exquisite and exactly what we discussed, and for a very reasonable price. No hidden fees, no added costs upon completion. The price was transparent from the start and staff and workers were very professional. Highly recommend!

I needed a dilapidated wood fence taken down, disposed of and a new one constructed in its place. From the initial quote through installation everything was professional and above my expectation. I am truly amazed at the quality and efficiency of the crew that performed the job.

What a great family owned business to work with! I interviewed several fencing companies to make an informed decision...let's face it, replacing a fence is an investment. I chose Banks Exteriors Plus for several reasons (professional estimate, not rushing me into a quick decision, cost effectiveness, and the time element to begin the project), and I'm so glad I did. Their work was excellent and often over-and-above what I had expected (I had plenty of growth (shrubs, tree limbs, ect. to remove), and it was done perfectly. Clean-up occurred at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The staff was personable and took the time to ask me to come check something to make sure it was exactly what I had wanted. The time that was predicted was on point and no hidden costs surprised me at the end (I still can't over the cutting of all of the growth!). Don't know what else to say...I am so pleased with the end results, and the neighbors were definitely commenting on the work done
