The people at Banner are courteous and professional. Did the job exactly as promised without issue. I have a 3bedroom ranch house the siding was installed start to finish in four days. Quality work and even took a few minutes to to pull some weeds from the front landscaping

Roof only on for one day. Townhouse shared roof with adjoining owner so they only replaced 1/2 the roof. Found and replaced rotted plywood. Replaced 2 skylights and roof fan. Very happy with work and price. Cleaned up after job and couldn t tell they they had been there. Very professional on site and good service at main office. No high pressure. They called me every step of the way to let me know scheduling and concerns.

Job was done in a professional manner, nice crew knowledgeable lead man. The only thing that could be better is the quality of the exhaust fan I had replaced. It has some vibration in it and is not perfect which is what i expected for $280.00

Good company, good customer service, excellent work. I had a significant leak in my old roof, and had many estimates. Banner was one of the more knowledgeable and more affordable companies I had talked to. Even after work completed, they were amazing. I had one minor issue where I thought my new roof had a minor leak due to an issue with flashing around my chimney. Called up customer service and they were out within 24 hours. It ended up not being an issue with my roof, was an issue with my chimney. However, the best part, was that they fixed the minor issue with my chimney and didn't even charge. Said they will just say it was under the warranty. You can tell that the guys working no your roof actually care about the company name. Highly recommend.

I had a very leaky roof and shed roof that needed to be replaced as well as vinyl shutters. Received a call within minutes of my request. The woman on the phone (Val) was very nice and made an appointment for price quote the next day. The salesman showed up exactly on time, went on the roof and took photos. He took his time showed me numerous shutter and shingle, samples he left with me and explained the process and price options. He answered all my questions. He left me with a price quote. Upon my acceptance after getting quotes from others, he sent his foreman over to temporarily fix a leak my roof until they could do the job. The crew and foreman were professional and completed the job in one day. Banner was not the lowest quote I received but I was impressed by their professionalism. That’s why I used them and was not disappointed. I would recommend.
