"Since this review came in, I've tried to contact the home owner, and have received no response. To be clear, Banner Seamless Gutters has never taken a payment in advance of doing a job. In the future there may come a job that we require a prepayment, but that has never been the case up to now, Large jobs, small jobs, we have never taken a pre payment or deposit. We completed the job quoted. We were also asked to add some extra gutter and downspout to the home. We added what was asked, on that same trip. We added the cost of the additional request and were paid for only the work preformed."

"I replaced his steel downspout that was rusted, same way the gutter was rusted, at no cost to him. With the covid situation, I did his quote over the phone, I hadn't seen the job. He said the downspout was ok. When I seen it I decided it should be replaced, again no cost. The detached garage had settled on the south side, and the gutter drained on the north, to the ally. What Mr. B considered "extreme" was compensating for a building that has settled some opposite from the flow direction. Also the facia board was pulled in some, not straight. Finally, even though the guys can work alone, I was there helping."

"I'm not sure what the situation with the emails is about? The customer and I had talked over the phone about a leaking situation on the east side of the house. The older cement style tiles have deteriorated and cracked up past the installed drip edge. Water is going under the drip edge on the roof and behind the drip edge on the fascia. She asked about a roofer referral and I gave her a name of a roofing contractor that I do jobs for. 8-3-20 I found 1 email in the spam folder, the other probably auto-deleted."
