When the owner Jeff came out to my property he was very professional and personable. He left a nice quote at a reasonable price so I let him know he was hired. After that, the level of customer service fell short of expectations. He said that the work would be scheduled in a few weeks but I had to email him to find out which day after not hearing back. He gave me a day to have the work done but on that day I didn't hear when (or If) they'd be out. An email, call ahead or text would have cleared up alot of confusion. He didn't reply to phone calls so I had to call the Five Star Corp Center. When the crew came out they were supposed to put two coats on that day but only did one and never came back. When I talked to Jeff he committed to making things right with another visit and a discounted price which was great but the overall customer experience was disappointing.

They were on time, professional, efficient, and did excellent work. Cleaned up completely and did two coats on stucco and trim in two days. Covered our windows so no paint on them. Now we have a fresh and bright home. We recommend them highly.

I was impressed by their very attentive self motivated staff and their drive to do the job well to assure we would be pleased! They were equally talented on interior and exterior work they performed for us. I highly recommend their services!

the painters were very polite and did a good job. i wish the prep was a little better, scraping and powerwashing were a little sketchy. but overall finished project was a good value for the money. our house looks amazing now. Eddie and Manuel were very good and receptive to our punch list.

Very pleased with this company! Jeff came out, kept things simple, and gave us a quote same day. His team were very efficient and worked really hard. They did a wonderful job painting, touched up areas, and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend JEFF and his team to anyone needing interior paint done!

Overall great experience

I had wallpaper removed and 2 levels of my condo painted. The team was professional, courteous, and pleasant. They did an efficient and excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Sloppy paint everywhere

Professional team, courteous, on time worked entire day. They followed up on my requests when I pointed out a few things. Would recommend and plan to use them again!

I hired them for painting. They were on time most days. They were courteous. Took to long to finish, were here 5 days. My real problem was the deck. I told them it didn't need to be sanded down so they took that to mean no scraping either. They painted over chipping paint. What a mess and waste. Language is a barrier. If hired, make sure you are understood as to what you expect. I am not super picky so I would hire again if they were sure of what I wanted.

My experience working with Henry was outstanding. His genuine concern for both the quality of work as well as our satisfaction with the completed job was both refreshing and noteworthy. His crew arrived and worked hard and did a great job. I'd hire them again without question.
