Luckas, came right out accessed the problem with my garage door, as a broken spring. He explained what he could do, which was to go purchase the specialty spring, and comeback the next day to make the repairs and install the new spring. The whole process took less than 24 hours. He was polite courteous and fair. I will use Bantandon again if my other garage door faults.
