Installed a new panel and meter loop, dug a direct burial line 200 feet to the power pole, laid the wire; all in an a professional and efficient manner. I could not have asked for a better job of the entire project.

Mr. Barboa gave me a low ball bid of $4000 to upgrade the electrical at my house in Old Town Albuquerque. He said the job would take a week to complete. After one week he called to tell me that the job was $2,200 over the original bid! His team worked an additional 1.5 days and he charged me the grand total of $6,975! Nearly $3,000 over bid. When I called him out for being unethical, he said his bid was a guesstimate. I feel like a fool because he conveniently never gave me a contract or anything in writing before starting the job, but I trusted his affiliation with Home Advisor. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. The men who completed the job were professional but Mr. Barboa is not to be trusted.

Got appointment on the same day, they stayed in touch to let me know they were running late, they diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it a part they carried in their van.

While the service was professional and through, I needed to call back on the day of the appointment because we'd been forgotten, so the electrician arrived late, had not been briefed on the service request, and needed to break up the job into 2 days, which dramatically inflated the cost of the work. I submitted written request to discuss my concerns, but that has yet to be answered. I ended up paying twice what I expected and what was discussed, although there were no surprises on the job as I had described it. Organization and efficiency could have been better, which would have provided more timely and complete service at a better price.

Contractor didn't follow up to schedule a time to do the job.When I contacted him again he sent someone to do the job but didn't give the worker the part he needed to do the work. Lots of delays. Was not prepared to accept credit card payment or provide a receipt at time of payment. Overall nice people but seemed pretty amateur for the price of the service.

When faced with an unexpected snag, they handled it immediately. The team completed the job on schedule. They even cleaned up the job area after it was completed. Mr. Barboa and his team are a "throw-back" to the good old days when you received just a little more than you paid for. I can recommend them without reservation. They are permanently on our list of preferred contractors.
