At Bardi Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, we’re ready to handle all of you're plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs. We want the residents of metro Atlanta to stay comfortable throughout the various seasons of the year. Our family-owned HVAC and plumbing company was founded in 1989. Our culture and people set us apart, and we back all of our plumbing and HVAC work with 5 guarantees most companies are willing to make. While we primarily work with Carrier products, our experts can service all makes and models. For situations that need to be dealt with immediately, we offer emergency availability. Everything started off very good. They came out. The next day. Gave me an estimate gave me what appears to be a good warranty, then the problem started. I did not get the 5 inch filter that I was told Iâ d be getting the system that they sold me a stage two my house is not compatible to use this system . I was told there is no special financing on the unit then after I bought the unit and paid cash for it I found out they were offering and are offering 0% until 2026 with no payments till 2026. I spoke with what was told to me as a manager from Bart Danny Oliver he told me he would assist me. Unfortunately he has done absolutely Iâ ve attempted to And call him and email him and he has not responded in multiple days after he told me he would. I can honestly say I regret it. I will never do business with them again nor will I refer people to do business with them. Highly recommend going somewhere else do not do business with this company. then i called them 2 days later to come work on my mini split. the rep that came out looked at the unit and said it needs to be replaced cause its over 10 years old. i explained its 2 years old and even has a date on it showing 2 years. he said he recommends me call a comfort specialist. then i called and got a new rep out there and he fixed everything no problem. was super nice. then he gave me the bill for $1200 dollars, without ever telling me how much anything was going to be to replace. i regret using this company. They finally sent someone out who knows what he is doing which is good. He said they never even hooked up the unit correctly. The company has refused to do anything or assist with anything. I regret this company and wish i never called them. I highly recommend not using them. Do your research first, DO NOT USE BARDI

The technician ran several hours late but once he got there he went straight to work. I had two others out to asses my condition but Hugh from Bardi was the most professional and thorough. He talked me through everything as well as showed me what he was doing and gave me specific information about what he was doing and why. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off or taken for granted as I did with the other people that came out to visit. I was impressed with the work but would recommend more efficiency when scheduling so the home owner doesnt sit around all day waiting to be served.

The technician walked around for 2 hours just to say that the filter was dirty. He then said that it needed a new thermostat and that it would cost over $400 to replace it. It cost us $40 and 15 minutes of labor to install it. I would not recommend them to anyone. Now we have to pay for someone to come and make sure that he didn't disconnect anything so that we would have to pay even more.

"We diagnosed the problem as the thermostat. They elected to do it themselves. we waited patiently to hear from the owner. there was no charge for this. If they called someone else it was because they did not install the thermostat correctly."

Its not that I wouldn't recommend them for smaller refrigerators just not the built in ones. They didn't really seam to have the experience for handling that big of a project they were very unprepared. They said they should have brought 4 people and they only had two, however, my neighbor made 3. They didn't have the proper sized dolly that my neighbor had to provide. We also had a mini argument saying that it wouldn't fit in the slot when I measured it over and over before I ordered it. Obviously its in and working now. We are still negotiating the price, because of the issues.

He was very efficient in getting the job done. My AC Unit was blowing out hot air. He put some Freon in it and he flipped the switch on it. Then it started blowing cool air like it was suppose to. He charged $200.00 for this. That was a little to costly for just adding Freon and flipping a switch. More than likely I won't be using them again.

It was great that a Tech came out from Bardi on the same day I requested the service; however, we were told that there was an upfront charge for diagnosis and following the diagnosis the tech would discuss problem, talk about the costs associated with the repairs and perform the fix if we gave the go ahead. In stead, the tech went in the crawl space -- found the blown fuse - replaced it and came out -- and then charged us for the diagnosis and exorbitant amount to just replace the fuse. I was disappointed that he made the simple fuse replacement without consulting and then charged us.

"Found blown low voltage fuse on the furnace circuit board. Homeowner was doing remodeling on home and had been changing things in the fuse box. found no short. filter and freon ok. Unit working properly upon departure."

Bardi was extremely easy to work with... We had just a general service call "tune-up" and they were very prompt... Dispatch called to alert me of the tech's arrival 30 minutes prior, tech did not try to upsell me on service that was not needed. The service tech was extremely friendly and offered several tips to improve my A/C's performance... I will use them again without a doubt... Great job Bardi

David from Bardi came in and assessed that I was being scammed by MadHatter and that my ducts did not need replacing. I just needed them cleaned and proceeded to give me the number for a reputable company who came in and did the job perfectly. I signed up with Bardi for the preferred customer plan for my heating and air needs. I will be using them again in the future!!

Bardi Heating was EXCELLENT! David was on time, but most importantly to me; brought a notebook with him that contained a copy of their business license, their cert of insurance, copies of the certificates he had earned relating to heating and air and even letters of references. I felt confident with a company would go to the trouble to bring to me the verifications and it made me feel like they were being open and upfront. David also called AFTER the install to see if I had any questions; how many companies bother to call you after the job is done and they have their money?? Bardi Heating does! I couldn't be more please AND they were actually the lowest quote I received - BUT it was the service and trust that I felt that made me select Bardi (gosh, I sound like a commericial)But I was really impressed, and I haven't had this type of customer service from a company in a long, long time.

we have two year old twins, so scheduling and cleaniness are very important to us and Bardi exceeded our expectations on all levels and our dualy sytem they installed works incredibly well. our last bill was $40 less then the month before we had it installed which is very nice as well.
