Metal Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement

Welds were missing, bolts were missing, the powder coat was failing within the first few weeks, rust was appearing and joins were not aligned. After communicating back and forth, the owner failed to follow through with a remedy. The owner then made the necessary repairs and took a section of railing with him. Now, after several times of saying he was coming to reinstall, once again a no show with no follow-up communication. I just want the section replaced and be done with this company.
