I want to be fair, because I liked Cody and appreciate his service to our country. I can't speak for their excavation or site prep service. I hired them to do drainage installation of a trench/channel drain and French drain. Cody acted like he had done it before but I question it after the fact. A quoted 1 day job ended up being a 4 day job and I'm not sure it was done correctly. I've already prepared myself that it may all need to be redone in the near future. I asked if his work came with a warranty and was told no. Basically, he doesn't have enough confidence in his own work to guarantee it. It's my fault for not asking before hiring him. I probably would have chosen differently. This is the only pic I have. It's of a section of the French drain I requested to be left open to repair a cut communication cable. As you can see the drainage rock was installed outside the fabric, which I've researched is supposed to be inside the fabric. I don't know about the other 160'.

I should have called him from the beginning! I called someone else and what a mistake. Cody came out and fixed what was messed up by this other guy. Cody burned all the massive piles that were left from land clearing and smoothed out the land that was messed up by the tracks. I will call him first because he takes pride in what he does and makes everything look amazing instead of leaving you with a mess. Cody also made us an arena for the horses! What a great guy and very responsible!

Honest and Fair Contractor performed work as discussed on a timely basis. Would definitely recommend.
