They were good about arranging an extra day. I think because it was there during a bad snow storm ,I couldn't use it because workers couldn't work for 3 days . They should offer a reduced rate. It Emma's a waste of money

There is not much we can do regarding the professional contractors you hired, and very sorry to hear that your contractors did not plan for the predicted major snowstorm. Just an FYI, we did offer a discount of $10 per each additional day when you originally ordered the dumpster (also stated on the service agreement you signed) and you did receive a $10 senior discount. Bargain Bins is usually $150 to $500 less than anyone who services your area. Thanks for your feedback!

Some of the best customer service there is. They have a sense of urgency to get back to you and are very polite. We live on the outskirts of there delivery area and are always on time, they place the dumpster exactly where you want it and there prices can't be beat.
