TERRIBLE SERVICE! I USUALLY DONT WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. MY DRYER WAS NOT FIXED. IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND. I HAVE BEEN TOLD MULTIPLE LIES AND THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

Tracy and his team showed up request payment in advance to order part. Then never showed up to any of the four appointments they scheduled. I asked for him to send my money back and now after 3 months he has not done so. FYI he promised multiple time to do so and even promised to hand deliver it but he never showed. He plays games and is not honest even though he declares he is a christian.

Took several weeks of constantly calling and texting company before they finally responded and gave quote I hired them paid them $4,000 PayPal messed up and paid them a second time now PayPal is trying to charge me another $4,000 for the second charge which they never should have paid to the company the company is now refusing to accept my phone calls or my text messages on top of that the electrician that wired the house said he could trim trees for me at the house so I paid him $960 cash to trim the trees and he is never done the job and he is not responding either stay away from this contractor.

Billy came out and mounted a 52” tv on my wall and did an outstanding job. He was very nice and his work was Great. Wonderful personality and great customer service!

The owner, Tracy, was super nice and helped me out with everything I needed to be done. I needed a computer screen replacement and he did it quickly and professionally. I must say, I will definitely be using this company again. Update: 02/17/2022 I could not get my computer to work at all, it would not turn on and I did not know what was wrong with it. I saw his business cards displayed at the grocery store and asked him if there was anything he could do to fix it and he had my computer up and running within a day, there was something wrong with some wire or something and he fixed it for me but he was sweet about everything and never gave me any trouble. Update: 02/17/2022 He did good and replaced my phone screen. It works like new now.
