I would not refer this person that is knowledgeable of their job and said they would do. I found them dishonest about their skill set.

We asked him to repair a leak in the deck ceiling. Replace some screen on the deck and replace a hot water heater. The ceiling is still leaking the screen is still not repaired properly. The only thing he did properly was replace the hot water heater. We have paid him $1,000, and he is still asking for more money. I think he needs to finish the improper roofing and screening before he is entitled to anymore money.

Delvin was pleasant and worked hard. He also stayed in communication with me before and during the project.

Delvin Barker came to our home in Raleigh, bringing along Jovanta Agu to undertake our LONG list of oddball items that really needed to be done. They were WONDERFUL. We had contracted Barkers Brickpavers for a variety of jobs which included replacing damaged bead board, installing a tile backsplash and painting damaged ceilings in the bathroom, kitchen and mudroom. They also patched sheet rock in a bedroom, installed a backsplash behind the stove, and installed paneling in the mud room. Despite an already long list of things to do, they did not falter when they discovered an unexpected pipe leak during the paneling installation. Delvin quickly assessed the problem, advised us of the necessary fix needed and added that to their list. They were hardworking, efficient and VERY GOOD at each task they undertook, as well as being very reasonably priced. More than that, they were a pleasure to have in my home, cleaning up after each chore and leaving my home better after their work than it was before We would absolutely recommend Barkers Brickpavers for your needs. I have had one of your contractors Delvin Barker working for me on s few projects putting in cabinets and putting up a garage .he has been willing to help me on small projects also.He is very versatile in different areas knowledgeable and.
