"There are always 2 sides to every story so let us tell the whole story, we did not just tear off the Roof, we took out all Rafters and Ceiling Joices as well, this means there were no ceilings left in the house, we then put on new Trusses and Decking along with Facia Boards and Fly Rafters, we then Roofed the house but the kicker is we were told that they were moving walls and remodeling TOTAL interior as the previous owner covered everything up as you said like Lipstick on a Pig. We did have rain on the job and put several fans along with Generator for several days as there was no power on the property as your Brother was going to rewire the house. We also cleaned out the interior and paid for the hauling bill as you were supposed to clean it out, we were supposed to originally leave it as it would save you money."

"Mike I would like to have the chance to fix the problem as we fixed 2 of the 3 leaks. I would like to talk to the Insurance Agent as he sells insurance and is not roofing company with a top rating as we are. Anybody who has no knowledge of Roofing can only see the Through The Roof sealer that we used not the Silicone. They have no knowledge of us taking up shingles and resealing them, the roof Turtle Vents were not installed properly originally and are installed properly now. We always make sure our work is done properly. We are sorry you had an Insurance Agent out as you should have had an Insurance Adjuster as they have some knowledge of roofing, also to date you have not payed anything for the repairs as contract states due upon completion."
