The firm consists of a staff of six professional environmental specialists headquartered in Pensacola, Florida, and in a second supporting office located near Jacksonville, Florida. Our staff includes professional geologists, professional engineers, a construction manager/inspector, a drafting/CADD specialist, and a publication specialist. As a small business, B & A has responsiveness, cost-effectiveness and attention to detail that meets and exceeds the environmental support needs of government and industry, and results in a high degree of repeat business from our clients. Our technical expertise and understanding of the details of environmental regulatory programs also directly benefit our clients.
