The bookkeeper is worthless, as he is unable to maintain accurate records. They cannot keep employees, you get someone new each time. They track up your house, they do not wipe their feet or use shoe protectors!

Only company in the area that showed up when I requested quotes, both via this site and telephone calls. Very upfront about the complications affecting the job. Despite those, they came through with flying colors at a very reasonable price.

Responded quickly to request for quote. Showed up on time and treated house within 2 hours with specified pesticide. Initial treatment and annual contract were fairly priced.

Last two inspections were only partially done. In each instance I was in the house but the man doing the inspection ( a long term employee that in years past was very thorough primarily because I made sure to be with him) made no attempt to let me know he was there. I always check behind the inspector when I am not with him in person. I have been a customer for 18 years and in the past insisted that I be notified in advance of when the inspection was to be done as the same failure to inspect the bait stations occurred. Now no pre-notification is done. I have been a customer in excess of 15 years but am now considering a change - unfortunately their competitors do not have that great a track record judging by reviews available.
